We couldn't offer a fit guarantee if we didn’t have a strong system in place already. Just by providing some basic details such as height and weight, and selecting a few traits that describe your body type, our system can already calculate an accurate profile of the perfect-fitting dress shirt. Over the years we have developed and refined our algorithms in close consultation with professional tailors. Every measurement contributes to the creation of a one-of-a-kind product.
Clive Richard wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Although we have designed our customization process to prevent issues with fit or style, we are prepared and determined to correct any problems you might experience.

In the event that your shirt does not fit perfectly, we ask that you document any fit discrepancies with clear photographic evidence and email your findings and concerns to orderfeedback@cliverichard.com.
If we deem the problem to be the result of our error, we will send you a brand new shirt with updated measurements according to your feedback at absolutely NO COST to you. If we deem the problem was the result of your having entered improper measurements, we will send you a brand new shirt with updated measurements at 50% of the cost of the original shirt.
