Without the assurance of a perfect fit, there’s no trust. We guarantee your shirt to fit the way you intended. If it doesn't, we’ll fix it, then we’ll save your updated measurements in our system for seamless future orders.

All product images, both photographic and illustrated, are presented in the interest of providing the most faithful and accurate representation of your shirt possible. However, you acknowledge that differences in computer screens and mobile devices may account for a minor differentiation in the product as presented on CliveRichard.com and the product you receive.
Clive Richard is not responsible for any inaccurate measurements or other information you may enter. If photographic evidence proves a Clive Richard error in product manufacturing, Clive Richard will assume the full cost of altering or replacing the garment.

Law Governing This Website
You agree that this Agreement and all disputes arising from the use of CliveRichard.com are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the Government of Canada. You agree that any claims against Clive Richard will be confined to the courts in the city of Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Limitation of Liability
Clive Richard bears no liability for any damages incurred on the part of the customer, whether direct, indirect or consequential, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of profits or loss of data.
Force Majeure
Clive Richard will not be held liable for any inability to fulfill its obligations in the event of force majeure, that is, the presence of external, unpredictable and unpreventable circumstances that prevent the satisfaction of those obligations. If Clive Richard is unable to process, manufacture or deliver an order to the customer as a result of force majeure, neither party is entitled to compensation. Any payment made by the customer will be refunded in such an event, which includes but is not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, labour strikes and electricity failures.
